Siteprint

Chrome extension for page snapshots

Turn the HTTPS page you choose into a useful handoff.

Siteprint is a Chrome browser extension that creates JSON, TOON, Markdown, and HTML snapshots of the page you are viewing.

Add to Chrome

Available from the Chrome Web Store for Chrome. Capture begins only after you click Generate Blueprint.

How it works

A short, user-triggered capture workflow.

01

Open an HTTPS page

Navigate to the page you want to capture in Chrome.

02

Generate Blueprint

Click Generate Blueprint when you are ready to create a snapshot.

03

Use the generated links

Open, copy, or share the links for the formats you need.

Four useful formats

Choose the representation that fits the handoff.

JSON

Structured page data for systems that need a machine-readable representation.

TOON

A compact, token-saving representation of the captured page.

Markdown

Readable page content and structure in a format made for text.

HTML

A sanitized, inert HTML snapshot for inspection.

Privacy and sharing

Capture deliberately, then share with care.

Siteprint captures only when you trigger it. Inputs, textareas, and contenteditable content are redacted from snapshots.

Generated bearer links are difficult to guess, but anyone you send one to can access its artifact. You can read the privacy policy and delete all Siteprint data.

Ready when you are

Keep a clear record of the page in front of you.
